Included are three personalized prenatal sessions designed to help you feel informed, prepared, and supported as you approach birth. Together, we’ll focus on prenatal home preparation so your space feels calm, functional, and ready for your postpartum recovery and new baby. We’ll cover childbirth education tailored to your needs and values, helping you better understand the labor and birth process while building confidence in your choices. You and your partner will learn practical coping methods for labor, including comfort measures, breathing techniques, positioning, and emotional support strategies. We’ll also work together to create thoughtful birth preferences that reflect your goals and priorities while remaining flexible for the unexpected. In addition, I can provide support during prenatal medical provider appointments, helping you feel empowered to ask questions, understand your options, and make informed decisions throughout your pregnancy journey.
